Randi Rudner

Program Manager & Instructor

From Montreal, Randi earned an undergraduate degree in Philosophy at Queen’s University and taught clinical and communication skills at Queen’s University Medical School. She found her place in the kitchen as co-owner of a co-op café. Randi’s position as sous chef in a restaurant owned by grads of the Stratford Chefs School later led to her enrolment in SCS, where she graduated with honours in 2012.

Besides her roles as core Instructor of SCS and Program Manager, Randi is also co-chef with husband, Chef Mike Booth (SCS Class of 2006) at The Prune during Stratford's busy summer theatre season.

Alumni Testimonial:

Stratford Chefs School Alumni, Carl Heinrich

“I made it a goal to pick the best culinary school in the country to build a solid foundation. I chose the Stratford Chefs School, mostly for its reputation for producing talent, for its intense training program, and for the intimate student-teacher ratio. I certainly wouldn’t be where I am in my career without the connections I made and the skills that I learned there.”
