Stratford Chefs School
Kim brings years of culinary and administrative experience to her role and is a Stratford Chefs School Graduate (Class of 2003).
Since 2013, Kim has led the School, managing a massive building expansion, countless fundraising and community events, and navigating the School successfully through the pandemic, all the while ensuring that SCS maintains its position as one of the top culinary schools in Canada.
Program Manager & Instructor
From Montreal, Randi earned an undergraduate degree in Philosophy at Queen’s University and taught clinical and communication skills at Queen’s University Medical School. She found her place in the kitchen as co-owner of a co-op café. Randi’s position as sous chef in a restaurant owned by grads of the Stratford Chefs School later led to her enrolment in SCS, where she graduated with honours in 2012.
Besides her roles as core Instructor of SCS and Program Manager, Randi is also co-chef with husband, Chef Mike Booth (SCS Class of 2006) at The Prune during Stratford's busy summer theatre season.
Class of 2022
Post-graduation, Daniel is excited to see the world opening again and plans to have some fun. In the future, Daniel hopes to travel and find the unsung tapas and wine bars in the far corners of the Earth.
Jazmyn Munn graduated with Honours from Stratford Chefs School in April 2021 and quickly found her way to Elora Mill Hotel & Spa, an extraordinary culinary destination in Elora, Ontario. Growing up in Southampton, Ontario, Jazmyn had the opportunity to take culinary classes in high school and decided to pursue her education at Stratford Chefs School after she completed high school.
In the future, Jazmyn plans to advance her skills and travel abroad to her mother’s native New Zealand. In the meantime, Jazmyn is thrilled to share her experiences and insights about her Stratford Chefs School education and the thrills and trials of pursuing fine dining excellence.

Here's Your Chance:
“I made it a goal to pick the best culinary school in the country to build a solid foundation. I chose the Stratford Chefs School, mostly for its reputation for producing talent, for its intense training program, and for the intimate student-teacher ratio. I certainly wouldn’t be where I am in my career without the connections I made and the skills that I learned there.”
